Caroline supports RESPIRAR’s system dynamics team to understand the local ecosystem of service providers and stakeholders and model how policy and practice affect farmworkers.
Caroline is a master's student in social work at Washington University in St. Louis. She is concentrating on Domestic, Social, and Economic Development (DSED) with a focus on immigration. Prior to her practicum with the RESPIRAR Project, Caroline worked at the Migrant and Immigrant Community Action (MICA) Project in St. Louis, Missouri, and at St. Andrew Nativity School in Portland, Oregon.
