Jessica Culley

General Coordinator

Jessica Culley is the General Coordinator of Comite de Apoyo a los Trabajadores Agricolas – CATA, Farmworker Support Committees.

As a co-investigator, and through her role at CATA, Jessica oversees a team supporting RESPIRAR’s outreach efforts to farmworkers throughout Maryland’s Eastern Shore.

Jessica brings over 20 years of experience working with the Latino communities in the Mid-Atlantic region. During her tenure at CATA, she has developed relationships with the region’s farm labor camps, facilitated several leadership development activities, and advocated with the Latino community for better labor, health, environmental, and immigrant policies.
