Donald Milton, MD, PhD

Dr. Donald Milton is an internationally recognized expert on the aerobiology of respiratory viruses and developed the concept using indoor carbon dioxide (CO2) to directly measure rebreathed air and airborne infection risk. As a co-investigator for the project, Donald helps oversee the bio-sample analysis through the PHAB Lab.

Donald is a professor of environmental health at the University of Maryland School of Public Health, with a secondary appointment in the University of Maryland School of Medicine’s Department of Medicine.
