Alexis Guild

Community Advisor

Alexis Guild brings her extensive experience in public health and community organizing, along with her expertise in public health policies affecting farmworkers at both national and state levels, to the RESPIRAR project.

Alexis is the vice president of Strategy and Programs at Farmworker Justice, a national farmworker advocacy organization based in Washington, D.C. In this role, she coordinates the organization’s policy, advocacy, and programmatic work. She works with advocacy organizations, community health centers, farmworker community-based organizations, and legal services organizations to ensure access to healthcare for farmworkers and their families across the U.S.

Alexis served as a health education volunteer with the U.S. Peace Corps in Guatemala. She earned her bachelor’s degree from Wellesley College and her master’s in public policy from the University of Michigan.
